Cuff Bracelet Template

Printable Cuff template for metalsmithing. These are unique designs made by me that you cant get anywhere else! Once purchased you are free to reprint as many times as needed.

Designed for a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper, be sure your printer is set at 100% and U.S Letter for correctly sized printing. Download is a PNG. You also may set size at a smaller percent if you'd like the printout to be smaller.

This template has been designed to be made into any size using any gauge of sheet metal. For best results I suggest evenly cutting down each size of the Cuff. To find correct size, I recommend purchasing a ring/cuff sizing ruler. I use this one-https://www.riogrande.com/product/jewelry-makers-ruler-bracelet-and-ring-gauge/11602210GP/?code=11602210
Don't forget to add 3x metal thickness to your length eg. metal is 1.5 mm thick, 1.5mm x 3mm = 4.5mm. The best way to determine metal thickness would be to use digital calipers. Also I like to leave around an inch gap to fit a wrist into comfortably.
 
To best bond your template onto your metal sheet, I find it best to stick from the top and bottom. You may do this by using double sided tape underneath, and clear scotch tape over the top. You may also print the template onto sticky paper if you prefer.
